<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground rod of which the amount used necessary to make a ground resistance value equal to or lower than a specified value can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The ground rod has electrical conductivity, is formed long in one direction, and is buried underground to release a ground current into the ground.
