<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that when a phone call is made from an internal phone to a phone network of an outside line, information capable of specifying an origin are left as a call history without leaving the phone number of the origin from the outside line in the internal phone, thereby allowing a user to recognize a destination of the call on the internal phone side; even when the internal phone is lost, leakage risk of customer information can be reduced; and when a user of other internal phone does not use a registered common management number, the registered management number can be deleted. <P>SOLUTION: An extension number, a system number, and a deletion request of the system number are received from the phone network of the internal phone. It is determined whether a combination of the received extension number and the received system number exists in a call history.
