<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a moving inner plug allowing a reliable leakage inspection, and the method of inspecting leakage of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The container with the moving inner plug includes: a tubular plug body 10 standing from the inside of a standing spout tube 1, which is partially inserted in a container body 2 and stands, through a weakened part 11; and a cap 20 in which a fitting tube 22 suspended from a top wall 21 is fitted unextractably and rotatably to the tubular plug body 10, a threaded tube 23 is suspended from the peripheral edge of the top wall 21, the threaded tube 23 is threadedly engaged to the outer face of the spout tube 1, and a portion of the threaded tube 23 above the spout tube 1 is connected to the tubular plug body 10 via a gear mechanism M in which rotation in a fastening direction is slippable. The container is provided with: a regulation means for regulating a screwed amount of the cap 20 so that a gap G can be formed between the gear mechanism M of the threaded tube 23 and the upper end face of the spout tube 1 before breaking of the weakened part 11; and a communication opening and closing means for shutting off the communication of the spout tube 1 to the outside air when re-plugging after breaking of the weakened part 11 by opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
