<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a received frame having an unallocated ID, without increasing a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: reception frame storage means for storing the frame received from a slave station into a memory area corresponding to each ID; ID management means for managing information indicative of whether or not a slave station ID is already in use; reception memory control means for storing the reception frame from the slave station having the ID allocated thereto into the memory area of the reception frame storage means corresponding to the ID of concern, and for selectively allocating one of unused IDs managed by the ID management means to the frame received from the slave station having no allocated ID, so as to store it into the memory area of the reception frame storage means corresponding to the ID, and ordering the ID management means to set the ID into a used state; and multipoint control means for performing multipoint control processing to the frame received from the slave station based on the ID, and for ordering the ID management means to set the ID into an unused state when disconnecting the connection with the slave station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
