<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light metal material in which a magnetic material layer is caused to be unevenly distributed near the surface layer of aluminum alloy or magnesium alloy which is the metal of light weight and has nonmagnetic property, so that the alloy having no magnetic property by nature becomes a ferromagnetic material. <P>SOLUTION: A mixed molten metal in which the molten metal of aluminum or magnesium is dispersed and mixed with a minute solid and/or powder material of a demagnetized ferromagnetic body or non-magnetized ferromagnetic body, is poured into a mold. By this, a demagnetizing material having a single layer compound or multilayer compound structure is unevenly distributed near the surface layer of light metal material. As required, magnetic field orientation is applied for quench solidifying, so that a light metal compound material which is a precursor of a ferromagnetic body is magnetized, otherwise demagnetized-magnetized, for the light metal alloy material to be a ferromagnetic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
