<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of improving the accuracy of reading of controlling information recorded in an RFID tag. <P>SOLUTION: The printer (100) includes: an RFID reader (101) for reading the controlling information recorded in the RFID tag (202) through antennas (102A and 102B); and a printing means (11) for performing a printing operation in accordance with the controlling information read by the RFID reader (101). In addition, the RFID reader (101) and the antennas (102A and 102B) are arranged in the printer (100), and the antennas (102A and 102B) are arranged in parallel to the rotating shaft of a core pipe (201), and the RFID tag (202) is arranged inside of the core pipe (201) so as to be in parallel to the rotating shaft of the core pipe (201). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
