<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless roaster for mounting/separating a grill to/from a body with a simple structure and also preventing liquid leakage from the grill itself and a connection part between the grill and piping, etc., concerning the smokeless roaster having the grill where the liquid for cooling flows inside. <P>SOLUTION: The smokeless roaster 1 includes: the grill 4 which is removably supported so as to clog an opening 2a formed in the upper part of the body 2 and where an internal flow passage for allowing the liquid for cooling to flow is formed inside; a suction pump 6 for sucking the liquid inside the grill 4 by negative pressure; and a reserve tank 7 for storing the liquid. The liquid is sucked from the reserve tank 7 toward the grill 4 by the negative pressure which is generated when the suction pump 6 sucks the liquid inside the grill 4. In this case, the pressure of the liquid, which flows from the reserve tank 7 to the suction pump 6 by way of the internal flow passage inside the grill 4 is allowed to be the negative pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
