The present invention discloses a mobile switching center in group calling monitoring. The mobile switching center includes a talker information monitoring module that monitors a talker to obtain the talker information; a supplementary service code monitoring module that monitors a supplementary service code indicating the talker to change; a reporting module which transmits the talker information and the supplementary service code to a monitoring center by a monitoring interface. The present invention also discloses correspondingly a talker information reporting method in the mobile switching center. The mobile switching center in group calling monitoring and talker information reporting method thereof disclosed in the present invention, by adding the supplementary service code indicating the talker to change, the talker information and the operation types in the monitoring interface between the mobile switching center and the monitoring center, and carrying the new talker information to the monitoring center when the talker in group calling is changed, make the monitoring center acquire the new talker information.
