Disclosed is a welding quality determination device capable of determining welding quality accurately and comparatively easily. The disclosed welding quality determination device determines the welding quality of a target weld on the basis of which of two welding quality regions a mapped point is in, wherein said mapped point is a mapping of a data point representing feature information of the target weld of unknown welding quantity onto a mapping space having a higher dimensional number than the number of feature quantities making up the feature information, and said two welding quality regions are formed by bisecting the mapping space by a determination boundary. The aforementioned determination function is selected by adopting weights of the feature quantities, which make up the determination function representing the determination boundary, so as to minimize the sum of the determination error which corresponds to the determination accuracy of the learning welds, and a regularization term which has a positive correlation with the number of dimensions of the identification boundary.
