PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, of which the iron loss is reduced by forming linear grooves for magnetic domain refinement.
SOLUTION: The grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has grooves for magnetic domain refinement on the surface of the sheet. The ratio of the linear grooves is controlled to 20% or less, directly under which there exist crystal grains having an orientation difference of 10 degrees or more from Goss orientation and having a grain diameter of 5 μm or more. In addition, when the average β-angle of secondarily recrystallized grains directly under these linear grooves is 2.0 degrees or less, the average fluctuation range of the β-angles of secondarily recrystallized grains whose grain diameters are 10 mm or more, out of the secondarily recrystallized grains under the linear grooves, is controlled to 1 to 4 degrees.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
