<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing method for improving development efficiency in product development and improving maintainability relating to an image after product release by facilitating replacement of parameter setting data. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a first storage unit that stores control software and image control calculation software; a second storage unit that stores initial parameter setting data used for image control; an operation panel provided with operation keys for designating rewrite of parameter setting data and a download source and a display unit for displaying instruction content thereof; and a CPU that performs operations of operating the control software and the image control calculation software according to an instruction with the operation panel, reading parameter setting data from a designated download source, and replacing with the initial parameter setting data stored in the second storage unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
