<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an other vehicles information providing device providing other vehicles information which is always recognizable by a driver when an own vehicle is provided with the other vehicles information based on positional information of vehicles by inter-vehicle communication. <P>SOLUTION: When performing inter-vehicle communication between an own vehicle and a plurality of other vehicles, an other vehicles information providing device prioritizes a plurality of pieces of other vehicles information input in the own vehicle and provides the other vehicles information having high priority. The device comprises: priority storage means 22 for storing the latest priority, the last priority before a predetermined period, and the last but one priority before the predetermined period, concerning the plurality of pieces of other vehicles information; information changeover index calculation means 23 for estimating future priority after the lapse of the predetermined period based on the latest priority and the last priority stored in the priority storage means 22, and calculating an information changeover index based on the latest priority, the last priority, the last but one priority, and the future priority; and information providing means 30 for providing the other vehicles information based on the information change over index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
