<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a release agent dispersion liquid, by which a release agent dispersion liquid containing uniform release agent fine particles having a small particle diameter in a submicron order without impurities can be produced in a short time with high efficiency in both of productivity and production energy. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a release agent dispersion liquid includes: a mixture preparation step of preparing a mixture by mixing a fused release agent with a supercritical fluid or a subcritical fluid, the mixture containing the supercritical fluid or the subcritical fluid by 80 vol.% to 99 vol.%; a release agent fine particle granulation step of forming release agent fine particles by spraying the mixture to expand fast and to granulate the release agent; and a release agent dispersion liquid preparation step of preparing the release agent dispersion liquid by collecting the release agent fine particles in a liquid medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
