<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element, an integrated element and an electronic circuit for reducing costs without requiring a complicated process in which temperature calibration is performed. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric element, phase change material 15 and a heat generation part 13 for heating the phase change material 15 are laminated on a substrate 11. Furthermore, a phase transition detection layer 14 for detecting the volume change of the phase change material 15 when phase transition occurs due to the temperature change of the phase change material 15 is abutted on the phase change material 15 and laminated. The phase transition detection layer 14 has piezoelectric effect, and if the volume of the phase change material 15 is changed due to the temperature change, the volume change becomes the pressure change to the phase transition detection layer 14 which outputs the displacement voltage corresponding to the pressure change. By detecting the displacement voltage, the occurrence of the phase transition of the phase change material 15 is detected. And temperature calibration in which the temperature during the detected phase transition is defined as a known phase transition temperature can be performed by the element itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
