PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor safer for a human body by finding a substance having a simpler structure and excellent neuraminidase inhibition activity from natural products.

SOLUTION: The influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor contains an extract selected from Leucaenaleucocephala extracts as an active constituent. The influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor contains a compound represented by formula (I) as an active constituent.
