<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method, and a communication program which can accurately notify the other party of address information necessary for a data communication without requiring a management device to make the other party start a data communication. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device 12 is connected with another communication device 11 via an IP network 2 and a telephone network 3. The communication device 12 is connected with terminal devices 17 and 18 via a subordinate IP network 7. The communication device 12 connects to a telephone line of the telephone network 3 in response to a connection request signal received from the communication device 11. The communication device 12 communicates with the terminal device 17 via a SIP server 9 and acquires an IP address and a port number of the terminal device 17. The communication device 12 notifies the communication device 11 of the acquired IP address and port number via the telephone line. The communication device 11 notifies the other subordinate terminal device 16 of the notified IP address and port number.
