摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for automatically generating a rainfall correction value for correcting a link travel speed based on a rainfall state by using vehicle probe information.

SOLUTION: A target element for specifying a rainfall correction value is selected from a map information storage part and probe information including the selected target element is extracted. First speed information in a first rainfall state and second speed information in a second rainfall state are specified from the extracted probe information. By comparing the first speed information and the second speed information with a predetermined standard speed of the target element respectively, a first correction value and a second correction value are specified.
