<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer apparatus capable of suppressing the outflow of foreign matter to an outflow port because the foreign matter contained in liquid is hardly left inside a casing when a strainer body part is attached to and detached from the casing. <P>SOLUTION: A strainer 5 of the strainer body part 2 inserted in the casing 1 is provided with an annular protrusion 8 that has energizing force to the radial outside, and when the strainer body part 2 is detached from the casing 1, the annular protrusion 8 slides while pressing the inner peripheral surface 31a of the casing.
