<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone sterilizer in which the installation and removal are easy, and which can shorten the sterilization time appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: The ozone sterilizer 1 includes: an ozone generator 4 which sends out ozone gas to a closed space; an ozone sensor 7 which detects the ozone concentration of the closed space; and a controller 2 which can memorize an ozonolysis characteristic which is the relation between the elapsed time at the time of ozonolysis calculated beforehand and the ozone concentration, a CT set value Ect for determining the end of the sterilization process, and an integration time Ht. The controller includes: a unit to compute CT value Sct by inputting an ozone concentration Co which the ozone sensor detects; a unit to compute a CT approximation value Act until the integration time passes after stopping when the ozone generator stops based on the newest ozone concentration, the ozonolysis characteristic and the integration time; and a unit to stop the ozone generator when the sum of the CT value and the CT approximation value is more than the CT set value Ect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
