<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor, capable of automatically adjusting a compression ratio in a simple structure, and capable of improving an adjustment range of the compression ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The screw compressor includes: a valve plate 12a; and movement mechanism. The valve plate constitutes a part of an opening edge forming an axial discharge port 10, is equipped slidably, in a substantially vertical direction to an axial one of a rotor, and also substantially vertical to a direction between shaft centers of a male and female rotors 1 and 2, and changes a discharge start timing of a male rotor side operating chamber 3 and a female rotor side operation chamber 4 according to the sliding position of the valve plate. The movement mechanism sliding the valve plate 12a according to the pressure of a discharging flow path 11 includes: a piston plate 12b; a high pressure chamber 13a; a low pressure chamber 13b; and an elastic body 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
