<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket which can secure an excellent sealing property even when fine recessed parts 210a, 220a caused by cast cavities and surface roughness exist on the surface of counter members 210, 220 for holding the gasket 1. <P>SOLUTION: First and second elastic layers 3, 4 are laminated and integrated with both surfaces of a gasket base plate 2, respectively, and a plurality of beads 21, 22 are windingly formed on the gasket base plate 2. The first elastic layer 3 has thin film parts 31, 32 which can come in firm contact with one counter member 210 by being formed to cover projecting folded surfaces of the beads 21, 22, and a filling-up part 33 which can come in firm contact with the one counter member 210 by being formed to fill up a relatively recessed part between the beads 21, 22. The second elastic layer 4 has thin film parts 41, 42, and 43 which can come in firm contact with the other counter member 220 by being formed to cover skirt parts 23, 24, and 25 of the beads 21, 22 from an opposite side of the first elastic layer 3, and filling-up parts 44, 45 which can come in firm contact with the other counter member 220 by being formed to fill up recessed parts caused by recessed folded surfaces of the beads 21, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
