<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution apparatus, an information distribution method and an information distribution program capable of reducing an information distribution amount when changing charges. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution apparatus 2 includes: a charge information DB 21b for storing charge information for specifying a charge determined in each section composed of two arbitrary interchanges (ICs) out of a plurality of ICs; a new charge information acquisition part 20a for acquiring new charge information for specifying a charge determined in each new section including a newly added IC; and a distribution part 20b for determining calculation information for calculating a charge of the new section based on the charge information, on the basis of the charge information stored in the charge information DB 21b and the new charge information acquired by the new charge information acquisition part 20a, and distributing the determined calculation information and information concerned with the newly added IC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
