<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ovule for vaginal administration of arasertaconazole mononitrate consisting of arasertaconazole mononitrate, colloidal silica and a fatty base. <P>SOLUTION: The ovule of arasertaconazole mononitrate for vaginal administration comprises an amount of 100-1,000 mg of arasertaconazole mononitrate and a mixture of excipients, which comprises: (i) colloidal silica in the range from 0.5-5 wt.% of the entire ovule; and (ii) the fatty base in a sufficient range up to 100 wt.% of the entire ovule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
