This element comprises a wall (30) delimiting an outer surface (42) and an inner surface (40), the inner surface (40) being intended to be hydraulically connected to an inner volume containing a cosmetic product. The wall (30) delimits at least one through-orifice (60) for pressure equalization between the inner volume and the outside of the container, the through-orifice (60) connecting the inner surface (40) with the outer surface (42). The wall (30) comprises a thinned region (44) in which there are arranged the through-orifice (60) and an adjacent region (46) of greater thickness than the thinned region (44), the mean thickness of the thinned region (44) being less than 600 micrometres.
