The invention provides an LED BLU which has a heat-dissipating layer containing heat-dissipating paints between an LED bar and an extrusion bar. In addition, the invention provides a display device comprising the LED BLU structure. The invention has the following advantages that the difference between the temperature of the edge portion attached with the LED and the central portion of a light guide plate is reduced, and furthermore the defects of a sheet are improved. In this way, the problems can be solved of poor light leakage, bending or distorting of LED BLU components, etc.
