PURPOSE: A producing method of environmentally friendly culture fluid using deer antlers is provided to improve the quality of feed for domestic animals or agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of environmentally friendly culture fluid using deer antlers comprises the following steps: dissolving glucose in water to prepare the culture fluid(S11); adding fresh deer antler slices or boiled deer antler slices into the culture fluid, and sealing a container(S12, S13); fermenting the culture fluid for 7-25 days at 30-150 deg C to obtain the culture fluid using the deer antlers; and dispersing rice bran in the fluid(S14).
