PURPOSE: An impact absorbing mounting bracket and a steering column of a vehicle including the same are provided to reduce the assembling process and the number of components of a steering column and improve the collision stability of a vehicle by allowing a mounting bracket to tilt without a separate tilting unit and absorb a collision impact. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorbing mounting bracket(200) comprises a first plate(220), a second plate(210), and a hinge plate(230). The first plate comprises a column through hole(223) in the central part thereof. The second plate is formed by being bent at the end of the first plate and comprises an intermediate column through hole. The hinge plate comprises a connection part(237) and a support(239). The connection part is formed by being bent at the end of the second plate. The support is formed by bending the connection part so that both ends thereof face each other.
