PURPOSE: A traffic information providing/charging method is provided to increase the size of a group for collecting traffic information by providing a part of charging information to the group. CONSTITUTION: A navigation system is installed in a vehicle. A driver provides actual driving information to a server. Other drivers are able to search driving information from the server. An information processing person uploads various types of information to the server.
