PURPOSE: A steam heating stirrer is provided to suppress the propagation of microorganisms by shortening times required for a cooling process. CONSTITUTION: A steam heating stirrer includes a main body(1), a raw material supplying unit, a rotary shaft module(2), a rotation driving unit(3), a heat-exchanging coil(4), a stirring wing, and a heating media supplying unit. The main body includes an internal container and an external container. The external container forms a partition chamber for receiving heat exchanging media. The raw material supplying unit supplies raw materials into the internal container. The rotary shaft module is vertically installed in the space part and receives heating media. The rotation driving unit rotates the rotary shaft module by being installed at one side of the main body. The heat-exchanging coil is installed around the rotary shaft module. The stirring wing rotates by being in connection with the rotary shaft module. The heating media supplying unit supplies heating media to the partition chamber and the rotary shaft module.
