PURPOSE: A ring for a chip-card is provided to facilitate the use of the chip-card by connecting the chip-card with a waste belt using an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A ring for a chip-card includes a chip card, a connecting member, and an elastic member. The chip-card transfers and receives data by communicating with terminals in a local region. The connecting member attaches/detaches the chip-card to/from a waste belt. The elastic member connects the connecting member and the chip-card. The elastic member is expended when the chip-card is pulled. If the chip-card is released, the elastic member returned to an original state. The elastic member includes a wire and a winding drum.
