<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program generating an image not inhibiting player's absorption into a game without uncomfortable or oppressive feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing program forms a view frustum in a virtual space disposed with a player character and an obstacle based on a virtual view point, gaze point, and viewing angle, and generates an image disposed within the view frustum. The image processing program is provided with: a gaze point-setting unit storing the directional and positional information of the player character and the positional information of the obstacle, and setting a gaze point in a region forward of the player character; a view point-setting unit for setting a virtual view point in a region rearward of the player character and at a predetermined spaced interval from the player character; a determination unit for determining whether a line segment connecting the gaze point and the virtual view point intersects with the obstacle or not; and a viewing angle-increasing unit resetting a virtual view point at intersecting coordinates at which the line segment intersects with the obstacle and which is nearest the gaze point, and increasing the viewing angle from a preset reference angle, when the segment and the obstacle intersects with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
