<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically change a composite event detection conditional expression of a composite event processing. <P>SOLUTION: When a composite event detection conditional expression is changed, a rule comparison unit 51 compares composite event conditional expressions before and after the change. A changed portion specification unit 52 specifies a changed portion based on the comparison result, and a parallel operation unit 53, on the composite event detection conditional expression including the specified changed portion, concurrently operates the composite event conditional expressions before and after the change.
