<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device, which is capable of independently controlling vibration of members driven by piezoelectric elements in two different directions and of suppressing fatigue failure of the driving device, a lens barrel and a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A driving device(1) comprises: first piezoelectric elements(6) providing thickness-shear vibration along a first direction; first members(3b) driven by the first piezoelectric elements(6) and vibrating along the first direction; second piezoelectric elements(7) supported by the first members(3b) and providing thickness-shear vibration along a second direction different from the first direction; and second members(3a) driven by the second piezoelectric elements(7) and vibrating along the second direction. The first members(3b) each support the first piezoelectric elements(6) on a first surface(3f1) parallel to the first direction, and the second piezoelectric elements(7) on a second surface(3f2) parallel to the second direction, thereby the first piezoelectric elements(6) and the second piezoelectric elements(7) are separated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
