<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston base, a disk brake achieving good adhesion of a chromium plating layer to the base body, and a sliding member. <P>SOLUTION: In a piston base 11 (base) in which admittance of an anodic oxidation coating layer 13 is within a specified range (for example, 0.9 to 2.0 mS) by specifying the surface roughness of the piston base 11 (base) to be 3.0 μmRa or less, good adhesion of a chromium plating layer is reliably obtained in a chromium plating process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
