<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum-type washing machine in which washing water is injected into a drum and which has a stable cleaning effect. <P>SOLUTION: The drum-type washing machine comprises: a rotary drum 63; a water tank 62; a motor 64; a circulation pump 75 which is connected to a circulation route 76 connected to the bottom of the water tank 62; an annular passage 81 which is circumferentially formed by an annular lid 82 attached to the front inner face side of the water tank 62 and the water tank 62; an injection guide plate 83 provided on the inner periphery side of the annular lid 82; a discharge side route 79 which connects the annular passage 81 with the circulation pump 75; and control means 87 which controls the process. The control means 87 drives the circulation pump 75 in a washing process and a rinsing process, and washing water is injected into the rotary drum 63 through an injection guide groove 89 formed as a curved surface on the rear face of the injection guide plate 83 from a plurality of injection holes 80 formed on the inner periphery side circumference of the annular lid 82 in a predetermined angle direction with respect to a circle center of the rotary drum 63.
