NON-CONTACT SIGNAL TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact signal transmission system in which a sensor unit and a signal processing unit can be connected in a detachable manner and a signal is transmitted from the sensor unit to the signal processing unit by capacitive coupling.

SOLUTION: A non-contact signal transmission system includes: a sensor unit having a first electrode and at least one sensor element electrically connected to the first electrode; and a signal processing unit having a second electrode capacitively coupled to the first electrode and an amplifier. The sensor unit and the signal processing unit are detachable from each other. When the sensor unit has plural sensor elements, the sensor elements are composed of one or plural types of sensors.
