PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate that can prevent entry of oxygen and water vapor from a surface and also from an end face, and further has transparency, and to provide a packaging bag.

SOLUTION: The gas barrier film laminate is a laminate having first transparent gas barrier films: a resin layer laminated on the first transparent gas barrier films; and a second transparent gas barrier film laminated on the resin layer, wherein the resin layer is composed of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin.
