<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device that suppresses a temperature rise inside a shield box. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device includes a shield box 200, an X-ray source 300 disposed inside the shield box 200, and a control part 800 that controls the X-ray source 300.
