ASSISTED PROTEIN REFOLDING METHOD WITH ION EXCHANGE CHROMATOGRAPHIC MEDIUM AND USE

Provided is an assisted protein refolding method with ion exchange chromatographic medium, wherein the steps are as following: 1)using ion exchange chromatographic medium having the charge same as the protein, 2) pre-processing ion exchange chromatographic medium, through washing out the impurity ion by salt and washing out salt solution by de-ionized water, 3)adding the chromatographic medium to the refolding buffer and adding the denatured protein into the refolding buffer to perform refolding, and 4) after refolding, performing centrifugation or gravity settling process to collect supernatant, thus obtaining refolded protein solution. The method can be used in refolding proteins easy to aggregate during refolding process.
