<p>This additive for hydrobiofuel comprises a surfactant, a glycol alcohol, an alcohol which can be synthesized from biomass, and ammonia. This hydrobiofuel is obtained by mixing water and the additive for hydrobiofuel into a fuel oil at a predetermined ratio, by breaking up and dispersing water particles into the fuel oil and solubilizing the particles.</p> |
