The coating device (1) has a coating bath (4) and a reservoir (5) for storing coating agent (3) for coating the ceramic component (2). A nozzle (7) is arranged in the coating bath. The coating agent is supplied from the reservoir to the nozzle of coating bath through a feed pump (8).
