PURPOSE: A head protecting apparatus for a sprinkler is provided to simply couple the apparatus to the sprinkler using an elastic clip for protect a heat collector from breaking. CONSTITUTION: A head protecting apparatus for a sprinkler includes a protector main body(10), a door(20), and a temperature sensing guide structure. The protector main body includes lower cover bodies(11, 11`), connection supporters(12, 12`), upper caps(13, 13`), and elastic clips(14, 14`). The elastic clips detachably combine the protector main body to a sprinkler head(S). The door includes door main bodies(21, 21`) and magnetic pieces(23, 23`) for maintaining the closed state of the door. The temperature sensing guide structure includes through-holes(31, 31`), a temperature sensing piece, coil type elastomers(33, 33`), and grounding pieces(34, 34`).
