PURPOSE: A circular saw having cutting and chamfering functions is provided to chamfer a bar-type product by simultaneously performing cutting and chamfering works. CONSTITUTION: A circular saw(200) having cutting and chamfering functions comprises a circular cutting saw(210) and a chamfering saw(220a). A saw-toothed part(212) is formed in the outer circumference of the cutting saw. The chamfering saw has a smaller diameter than the cutting saw and is overlapped with one surface of the cutting saw. A saw-toothed part(222) is formed in the outer circumference of the chamfering saw.
