发明名称 DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING RECIRCULATION EXHAUST GAS IN DIESEL ENGINE SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A feeder and method for the high capacity recirculation exhaust gas of a diesel engine system is provided to minimize fluid resistance, diverts the compressed intake air and offer the high capacity recirculation exhaust gas to a combustion chamber by changing a structure simply without an exhaust pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION: A feeder and method for the high capacity recirculation exhaust gas of a diesel engine system(100) comprises a nozzle pipe(110), a bypass pipe(120) and a diffuser pipe(130). The nozzle pipe has an inlet port. A nozzle discharges the suction compression air. The inlet port is connected to an auxiliary exhaust gas recirculation pipe(140) divaricated from an exhaust pipe(50). The nozzle pipe transfers the recirculation exhaust gas to inside a pipe by variation of the pressure which occurs when the suction compression air discharges. The both ends of the bypass pipe are connected to the nozzle pipe and bypass pipe discharges the suction compression air to the inlet port of the nozzle from an outlet port of the nozzle. The control valve(125) of the bypass pipe controls the air flow of the suction compression air. One end of the diffuser pipe is connected to the nozzle pipe and the other end is connected to an intake pipe(40).
