<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of EMI noise that is generated during driving of a switching element on its surrounding devices. <P>SOLUTION: A switching control apparatus 100 comprises a PWM signal generating section 210 and buffers 230 and 231 and drives a switching element TR1 according to a control command. The PWM signal generating section 210 generates a timing signal for driving the switching element TR1 based on a pulse signal from an oscillator 220 and the control command. In response to the timing signal, the buffers 230 and 231 periodically change a gate current to be supplied to the gate of the switching element TR1 to change a switching speed. This allows the switching control apparatus 100 to diversify frequencies of EMI noise which is generated during switching operation of the switching element TR1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
