<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system, a delivery management method, and a delivery management program which efficiently do work for notifying a client of delivery completion of delivery goods, and also attempt effective use of a completion notice postcard. <P>SOLUTION: When obtaining a tracking number of delivery goods from an acceptance base, the control part 21 of a delivery management server 20 registers tracking management information. When a client desires a completion notice, the control part 21 registers an image of destination information and client information of the obtained delivery goods correlated with the tracking number in an address image data storage part 23. When a status of the delivery goods has newly be registered, the control part 21 registers the status one by one. When the delivery goods are completed delivering and a notice setting flag is registered, the control part 21 extracts the image of the destination information and client information correlated with the tracking number, specifies a printer 15 of the acceptance base from this image and instructs this printer 15 to print the completion notice card using the client information as an address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
