<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system controller capable of concurrently achieving an increase in regeneration charge amount by increasing an idle capacity in a secondary storage battery and suppression of drivability degradation. <P>SOLUTION: The battery system controller includes: a lead battery capable of charging electric power generated by an alternator (generator); a lithium storage battery (secondary storage battery) that is electrically connected in parallel with the lead battery to charge generated electric power; and MOS-FET (switching means) that is electrically connected between the alternator, the lead battery and the lithium storage battery to switch energization and cut-off operations. When the switching operation for switching the MOS-FET to an energization state is implemented while an engine is being driven, an energization current passing through a coil of the alternator is controlled (S70), thus suppressing power generation so that power generation amount gradually increases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
