<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and a radio communication system that alleviate congestion of radio communication to reduce congestion and drop of throughput if the radio communication device has lowered transmission power. <P>SOLUTION: Each radio communication device obtains degree of congestion of radio communication, and compares the degree of congestion of radio communication with a preset first threshold value. In addition, each radio communication device determines whether or not it is in a stage that the transmission power of another radio communication device is equal to or less than that of its own radio communication device based on a transmission power setting value received from the other radio communication device. And if it is in a stage that the transmission power of the other radio communication device is equal to or less than that of its own radio communication device and if the degree of congestion of radio communication exceeds the first threshold value, the own radio communication device lowers its transmission power setting value by one level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
