<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting reflection plate having shape-retaining properties, and flexibility/light weight. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting reflection plate comprising: a reflection material 1 that consists of a polymer film having an average reflectance of 85% or more at least on one side of the reflection material 1, at a wavelength of 400-700 nm, and has a furrow-shaped uneven shape; and a reinforcing material having flexibility.
