<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric body, a piezoelectric actuator, and a print head equipped with the piezoelectric actuator, capable of suppressing inter-lamination peeling even if entire thickness is 100 μm or less, acquiring excellent piezoelectric characteristics, and easily performing displacement control. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric body comprises: a laminated body where a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers 1 are laminated; and an internal electrode 2 of an Ag-Pd alloy which is provided in the laminated body. The laminated piezoelectric body has thickness of 100 μm or less. The internal electrode 2 contains common material comprising ceramics, and 90% or more of the common material exists at a triple point of a grain boundary of the Ag-Pd alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
